Select <strong>Advertise<!--more--><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/113.jpg\" title=\"113.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/113-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"113.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New Advertisement Wizard<\/strong> will start. Enter Advertisement <strong>Name. Task Sequence <\/strong>should be already populated for you. Enter the collection name where computers will reside for OS deployment.\u00a0 Make sure you select the correct Collection.\u00a0I have created a separate collection for OSD beforehand.<br \/>\nTick <strong>Make this task sequence available to boot media and PXE. <\/strong>Click Next.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/23.jpg\" title=\"23.jpg\"><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/23-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"23.jpg\" \/><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> leave defaults<strong>. <\/strong>If you configure Mandatory assignments SCCM will force OSD to all machines in the collection.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/33.jpg\" title=\"33.jpg\"><strong><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/33-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"33.jpg\" \/><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>Distribution Points<\/strong> select <strong>Access content directly from a distribution point when needed by running task sequence.<\/strong> I chose this option because the whole image process is much faster over the network in my place. Also depending on your SCCM setup you might need to tick on <strong>When no local distribution point is available, use remote distribution point <\/strong>and <strong>When no protected distribution point is available, use an unprotected distribution point. <\/strong>This really depends on you SCCM, network and site setups. Click next<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/43.jpg\" title=\"43.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/43-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"43.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tick\u00a0<strong>Show the task sequence progress <\/strong>and click Next<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/53.jpg\" title=\"53.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/53-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"53.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yuo should not need to change any Security settings. Click Next.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/64.jpg\" title=\"64.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/64-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"64.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Review Summary and click Next.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/73.jpg\" title=\"73.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/73-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"73.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wait until progress finishes and click Close.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/83.jpg\" title=\"83.jpg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kozeniauskas.com\/itblog\/files\/2008\/03\/83-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"83.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tha&#8217;s it.
